Billed by CNN Money as the Tivo of the web, Veoh allows you to see every single piece of video on the web. From YouTube to Google Video etc etc. Veoh TV is set to launch in June (that means now) and it will allow you to grab, store and share everything you want. Given there are 12million hours of video footage on the internet, it could lead to an increase in surf potatoes (a bit like couch potatoes but those that just sit on their ar$e surfing the net, writing blogs…)
It will be interesting to see how or if Joost react to this in anyway. Essentially this means media companies should put as much content out there as they can and try to find an advertising model to react to this sort of competition.
